    Please help.
    After the hard reset the function means “The faders are motorised and instantly move to show the current
    settings when the layer or function is changed” doesn’t work.

    You did a hard reset, are the faders set to different positions in each mix and layer? Do the faders control the audio as normal?

    I do not remember what were the faders positions. likely faders positions on LR and Fx1 was different.
    Yes, the faders control the audio is normal.

    Maybe try to set the position of the faders to the lowest position, do a hard reset again, and then update the firmware?

    Have you recalled your show file from before you did the reset?

    Well, it is a hard reset – it takes the QU to out of box settings, so all levels will be bottomed out unless you’ve changed them

    probably it’s a dug. somtimes After hard reset don’t work some function (dont send voltage on faders motors, or don’t work FX, or PEQ. )
