I have had my QU32 for 2 years now and for whatever reason I am witnessing fader chatter followed by volume spikes. It seems that switching layers and making changes initiates this in some way.
I don’t have it isolated but I do know the Master Fader will go clear to the top but it could be that every Aux output (plus effects) is doing the same. Not sure….
The temporary fix at the moment is to NEVER leave your finger off of the Master Fader and soon as it takes off – pull it down slightly.
I have done a factory HARD RESET with no change. I have also removed my router as well. It is completely in the board somewhere….
I also have static in the LEFT side when listening headphones…. music still comes through but there is a layer of static on top of it. My ALT OUT has diminished output as well.
So far I have had no show stoppers but I am sensing one on the horizon. I am ready to send it in for repair but before I do has anyone experienced this with their consoles?
