Fader Assistant is being proposed to streamline the operation of the mixer CQ 18T.
This feature will automate the process of adjusting fader levels for optimal instrument balance.
I hope this feature will be added in the future.

With in reason everyone has a different idea of what “optimal” is!

Learn to mix with your ears.

    Dear Mike C,

Thank you for your input. Honestly, I rely heavily on my ears when mixing, but something caught my attention. I have a blind friend who unfortunately can’t touch the mixer’s screen to adjust the volume. This got me thinking about how we could create a solution to help people like him, as well as beginners who may not have a strong grasp of mixing techniques. Thanks again for your contribution.

It would probably help your friend a lot more if you together bought a hardware extension with motor faders (DAW controller + “Mixing Station”).
This way he could actually learn how to mix and maybe soon he could do it better than us sighted people.

Still the question, how a Fader Assistent can make Up optimal Fader values… My Feeling is — If you have an Idea, make a patent…
