Downloaded wav. Files do not play or are recognized by either sq drive or usb-b protocols. Is there some files that will work or a tutorial that will get me going?

    Hi!

This could be for a few different reasons.

    In general, check:

    – The sample rate is correct for SQ-Drive (96kHz).
    – There is no BWF chunk or marker data included.

    If they are stereo files:
    – They are all stereo.

    If they are multitrack files:
    – They are all the exact same length and size.
    – They are all mono.
    – The are named correctly and follow the format detailed in the reference guide. https://www.allen-heath.com/media/SQ_ReferenceGuide_V1_4_0.pdf#page=86&zoom=auto,-361,484

I personally use Reaper to prepare files for SQ-Drive with the Force WAV setting.

If you need further assistance, please start a ticket at support.allen-heath.com and I can take a look at the files for you.

    Thanks
    Alex
