Currently the Qu has the ability to link channels to be stereo pairs. This is possible on odd / even channels and links all channel processing and fader etc.
Would it be possible to implement an enhanced channel grouping / linking feature that links the faders only of a group of channels. That way if you move a fader of a channel that belongs to the group all other channel faders of the same group move in proportion. If you can then set each fader to its own level (not necessarily the same as the others in the group) by say selecting the channel or holding down the sel key whilst moving the fader you can basically replicate the function of a VCA group.
I believe something similar to this is possible on a Yamaha LS9. Would be good to see it in the Qu.
