    Hello

    We have a qu-32. Haven’t had any recording errors/issues in over 2 years. All of a sudden, all recordings have errors. I did the latest firmware patch- no change. I ordered new flash drives, per the active ‘compatible usb devices’ spreadsheet- no change. Need help to resolve this issue.

    Yes, we format the USB drive (with the mixer) before each recording.
