Hey guys I know this was talked about in a previous chat but I read that and have no idea what you’re talking about, I have a QUsb and I want to have a separate monitor eq for each mix so the singer will have his own, the bass player his own etc, all without changing the FOH. Is this possible without having to buy anything extra just using the desk I have?

Yep. Just select the mix you want from the right hand side in QU Pad and treat it as if it were any other channel. You have the choice of parametric or graphic EQ on every mix, although if you are using wedges be very cautious with compression.

So when we change the FOH EQ this won’t affect our IEM mix?

Depends where you take the signal from. See page 40 of the manual, which says:

Choose the global Channel Source for the selected
    mix.
This is the point in the channel signal path that
    feeds the mix.
This affects all sends to the mix.

 Choose Post-Preamp if you want the sources to
the mix not affected by any channel processing.

 Choose Pre-EQ for a monitor mix if you do not
want the channel EQ to affect the monitor.

 Choose Post-EQ if you want the EQ but not the
    compressor to affect the monitor.

 Choose Post-All processing for FX sends.

So you want one of the first two options.
