Effects lights always on in Zed 22-fx

Hi guys,
I see the effects lights are always on in Zed 22-fx as you see in the attached image file (Effect #1-8). Is my machine out of order? or Did I mess up something here?
The fader and knobs for FX don’t work either so I am not able to apply effects.

Hi Alex
I submitted a ticket at the A&H support page and had a response telling to consult with a local dealer. The shop is located in Quebec, 1000 km away from my town.
Unfortunately, I haven’t got any response from the dealer for about a week. Seems that the local guy is not available or the shop is closed.
Would you help me to get some parts (e.g. Effects Circuit Board for Zed22FX)? Do you know any local shop in Ontario, Canada?

Hi Jay,
