Switching/alternating between screens on the tablet while mixing is a pain (and a bit confusing for whomever I recruit to run sound). I wish… (See attached screen-captured layout from a spreadsheet)

Use the third party app Mixing Station and you can create whatever custom layout you want. Honestly I find Mixing Station to be easier to use overall than most OEM apps, but I haven’t actually used the CQ OEM app to know how it works. Still, I’m willing to bet that the MS experience with the CQ is better overall, and not just because of the truly custom layer design options.
