Is there a tutorial video for connecting Sennheiser EWDX wireless radio mic receiver kit to dLive S7000 and DM48, with basic set up and no Dante? Desk keeps telling me that the sennheisers are offline.

EW-DX is not currently supported, but there is a feature suggestion for it here – https://community.allen-heath.com/forums/topic/sennheiser-ew-dx-integration

Which Firmware has the Receiver? Maybe you need to update it?

Thanks guys. The supported devices come up on the desk when connecting too. I was just hoping that I missed the memo about the EWDX EM2s and 4s. All firmware is up to date.
I’ll kick back and wait
