dLive MIDI – no value higher that 1 is passed

If i assign 91,00,7F to a button, it sends a NoteOn C-1 (which is picked up both in MIDI-OX and my other application)
If i assign 91,01,7F to a button, it sends a NoteOn C#-1 (which is picked up both in MIDI-OX and my other application)
If i assign 91,02,7F to a button, it should send NoteOn D-1, but it doesn’t send anything

In fact, if i choose any value higher than 91,01 nothing is passed anywhere… am I missing something critical here? is it a bug? have i forgot some other setting somewhere in dLive?

(I’m using DAW Control as a virtual MIDI port on the receiving computer)
