We’re pleased to announce a major firmware update, adding a number of exciting new tools for dLive users.

What’s new:

• Support for IP6 and IP8 Remote Controllers

• MixRack + Surface Network settings now available in Director in online mode

Is it possible to update the DM32 firmware without a surface?

Yes, you can connect a laptop to the Network port of the MixRack, type its IP address in your browser (default is 192.168.1.70) and point the updater tool to the file in the unzipped firmware MixRack folder. If you have any trouble drop us a line at support@allen-heath.com and we’ll guide you through it.
