    I have been unsuccessful in renaming a channel on our churches QU 24 board. I follow the instructions in the manual and it keeps defaulting to the previous name.

    You must remember to click okay or it’s back to square one – I have done this so many times. You’d have thought I would remember by now!

    I also have clicked OK but it still insists on not accepting the new name.

    Check page 27 of the User Manual regarding channel names, scenes and preferences.

    Thanks…I’ll check that out….it’s such a simple thing but I must be missing a step.
