    I have lost touch control of the right screen on my S7000. Screen still works and responds button presses and rotary control. Also works with a keyboard and mouse. Is this a known issue that has a quick solution or is this a hardware issue?

    wich firmware? Did you tried the VGA port?
    on older firmware that disables the touch function until you restart the touchscreen computer

    Hi, wasn’t the VGA port, on 1.40. Had restarted and factory reset with no change. Supplier has taken in for fixing.

    I don’t know if you have gotten this fixed yet or not but this same thing happened on mine. We ended up having to take it apart and it was a single solder point on one of the boards we had to replace. Since then its worked no problem though!
