When assigned to a DCA, is there an option to have the channel strip fader(s) move in sync with the DCA fader?

    I don’t think so.
I’ve never seen a console do this. Not sure I’d want this feature anyway.

Nope, that would be a simple fader ganging.
(something not at the SG so far)

Besides, if a fader is a member of multiple DCA’s, wich one should it then follow ?

Seems to be some speculation in another thread, that new “MCA” groups will do this on DLive series soon.
Guess it may then come to SQ in time…..

Guess a channel would follow the combined sum of all the groups it was a member of, but moving the channel fader itself would just change its own level.

Agree with airickess, not sure I’d want the feature. Question was more out of curiosity. Read somewhere that the Yamaha (Maybe CL or QL) and a few other consoles have this option. Haven’t wrapped my head around the MCA yet, but sounds interesting.
