So just putting it out there… does this mean I can use my 2 dx168 in on slink port on one desk and send inputs to 2nd desk via Dante allowing me to do foh & mons now instead of waiting for the slink card???

Do we have gain compensation ability yet or are we limited to one console adjusting gain while the other uses digital trim so it’s all manual…?
Hey Philll, yes, but it means you need a Dante card for EACH SQ, so two of them. You’d need only one SLink card to,get the same splitt functionality. Of course Dante offers even more options, like using digital loudspeaker management devices, amplifiers or wireless microphone systems equipped with Dante.
