    I noticed that by default, all my mic inputs showed up in Dante Controller as possible TXs or RXs, but none of the mix busses did. Is that something that I need to configure within the Dante I/0 port of my SQ to get the busses to show up in Dante Controller?

    SQ related patching is done inside the desk, Dante related patching is done with Dante Controller.

    Yes. SQ i/o routes whatever you want to the Dante card. Dante controller routes that card to the outside world.
