Our Dante card is no longer connecting to the network. We have other Dante devices on there and we’ve isolated it that it is an error with the card. We had it initially connected to the primary connection and we no longer can see it. Then we switched it onto the secondary then we see the device, but when we try making the secondary in switch mode so it can connect back to SQ6, it will not work again. I can’t seem to find a place to wipe the settings for the SQ6 Dante Card.
