    it’s this normal? i have the dac temperature around 65 celsius degrees and higher. and also the faders don’t work at all.
    another mistake, is that the overall volume suddenly increases and the faders doesn’t work

    The DAC temperature is normal – operating range is generally between 50 and 80 degrees celsius.

    However, the issue you describe with the faders and level is not normal.
    Please contact your local distributor ( https://www.allen-heath.com/where-to-buy/ ) to get your Qu properly checked over to find out the reason for this and have it put right.
