I see what you’re saying Senny, that makes sense. I didn’t consider doing a container within a container. Thanks!

Is there a list?Greetings
Dennis2019/11/30 at 9:55 pm #87998HoffiParticipantHey Senny,
I would love to see your layout.
Cheers
Dennis2020/02/22 at 8:33 pm #89794SteveParticipantIs there a way for me to assign input gain/trim control to a knob? I’m setting up IEM mixes for my band and would like to offer them the ability to adjust the trim for their IEM inputs.

Sorry this took so long, I uploaded it to FB and forgot all about this.
2020/03/05 at 5:43 pm #90045SteveParticipant@Senny – care to share here?
And, anyone else – any ideas about offering trim/gain control via the Custom Control application?

2020/04/13 at 5:41 pm #90961BradleyParticipantOK guys so with the help of some of the fine people here I was able to get my first draft completed and tested at the church this weekend. Sadly none of the churches iPads would run iOS 11 so I ended up just allowing the musicians to share my two iPads in order to get feedback from them. And they all loved it! Here are a few photos.
My Father In-Law is also the Worship Leader so for fun I added Custom Fader Caps for him for His Mic, Click and our MD’s Talkback Mic. With all this lovely COVID-19 downtime I may do a video on how to do this for other churches with dLive systems it’s truly simple compared to Crestron and Q-Sys programming.

It was almost perfect for what we needed – the only modification I made was to remove the mix assign buttons (don’t need my users leaving land mines for the next person). You saved me hours of work.
2020/05/25 at 12:31 pm #92095JS-SoundParticipantHi,
i was setting up a Custom Control layout for one group.
They do monitor for some wedges from the stage, so I built one layout with Admin access rights and 4 tabs for the different Aux sends.
But if I move the faders nothing changes on the desk.
CC1.01, Firmware 1.85.
Attached a screenshot example of the config from one fader plus the config file.
If I use “Leveltype” “Main Level” it is working.
What am I doing wrong? The Mono Aux exists in the desk config. Thanks,

My template for IEMS below, I hope forum bot doesn’t block this:

Custom Control FileA difference I found to your file was that I have it for all users, you have it for Admin. But still – the mutes and the faders to main mix work.
2020/05/29 at 10:11 am #92170WolfgangParticipantI hope that this mystery can be solved soon.
It would be nice if you could use this idea for your great choir.
A greeting from me to the musicians 😉2020/06/19 at 10:24 am #92711JS-SoundParticipantSorry, dont know what happened to the link – here again.

In Custom control I can change the mains or press buttons, then I see the faders changing in Director.
But if I use the AUX sends (mono), they do not change in Director, only in Custom Control?Did anyone have that issue before? Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks,
