CT1500/CDM32 monitor screen won't load

Running with a CT1500 and CDM32.ver1.97 Prepping for a tour, I fired it up yesterday
and as the 1500 was loading I noticed that the screen went all white while everything else loaded up.
Everything loaded fine but the screen stayed white. I shut everything down and changed the
the dry line and it fired up just fine. Came back the next day and fired everything up and the same problem
occurred total white screen. Changed the dry line yet again and this time the screen wouldn’t load.
I shut it down and let it sit for a while and fired it back up and it loaded fine.
Has anyone had this problem should I update to 2.00?
Pretty concerned since I’m leaving on tour in a week

Sometimes the cable connecting the screen can become unseated and simply requires reseating.
There are other issues that can cause this, but unseated cable is simple

Thanks, I would assume you’re talking about internally, meaning I need to take it apart to get to where the monitor connection is to re-seat the screen.
