A&H! This desk has come such a long way, but one major problem still persists: The EQ
This is the single biggest complaint I have, and that I hear from every single user on the desk. The EQ is not flexible and uninteresting. We need More Gain, Tighter Q, Creative Shelving Curves (Assymetric), SSL EQ, Neve EQ, Pultec, Massive Passive etc etc. Why is this point of the desk constantly neglected? 12 band EQ on outputs is fine, but it has done nothing for the desk in actual use. More bands was probably the only thing that wasn’t urgent.
Pleeeeeeaaase A&H – give us something we can use out in the real world, and that can take this desk from good to fantastic.
