I’m thinking of setting up a CQ-18T with a single active speaker for the hall.
    1. Is there any way to sum the MainLR to a single output?
    2. If not is it better to pan MainLR hard left or leave it central?
    Thanks in advance,

That’s a possibility but we may need those for foldback and other outs, hence the specific questions.

You could use a simple “Line Combiner”, such as this one:

Alternatively, you could also make (or have made) a special Y-cable where you insert a resistor >= 1kOhm into each of the two hot lines.

Thanks SQUser. That’s my way to go.

Why will you do all this?

If you are not using stereo inputs, it doesn’t matter. Set the pan of all inputs neutral to center and you’ll be fine.
If you are using a stereo input, the pan will be on the side you use for mono out.

I do this almost every week at small gigs when I only have one Bose L1
