CQ18 not showing up on mac via usb after update

I just recently updated to the new firmware and things are looking great on the mixer, but when I started up my M1 Mac Mini (running Sonoma 14.5) the cq isn’t showing up. It worked with the previous firmware and everything ran fine. I tried a different usb cable and restarted both the mixer and the mac, but still nothing. Any advice on what I can try to fix this?

Try changing the setting in Privacy and Security on your Mac to allow accessories to connect always. I had this issue once I updated Mac OS as well.

That didn’t fix it for me. When I set the USB Stream Mode on my CQ18T to “Stereo” it shows up on my Mac (in System Preferences -> Sound as well as Audacity and OBS). But when I set it to “Multitrack”, it doesn’t show as an input device at all.
