When mixing a song on my headphone at night how do I make sure no sound comes out of my monitors?

Got headphone:A set to main LR.
When I raise the level of my main LR fader it raises the volume in both my headphone and main xlr out to my monitors.

Any ideas how to seperate the levels of the main mix for headphone and monitors?

Seems pretty basic but I can’t figure out how to fix this.

    Please help

The user guide isn’t really clear if this is possible, but have you tried to mute the LR output and then press the “listen” key on the L/R output. There is a good chance that this will allow you to listen to the LR output in the headphones, but not have any output going to your monitors. You also have independent control of the headphone volume, so you can adjust the volume of the headphones without changing the L/R fader position.
