Seeking urgent contact person as I have exhausted getting response from social media channels. Luke did respond last week but never got a reply thereafter. Appreciate if A&H could provide me with contact details of relevant personnel that we urgently need to speak to, on an order (SQ5) delay of ours. Thank you.

They will have the latest situation on their orders from our Sales office. Rest assured that we are shipping SQ mixers, but pent-up demand means there is a backlog of orders both globally and at regional level.
