Seeking urgent contact person as I have exhausted getting response from social media channels. Luke did respond last week but never got a reply thereafter. They will have the latest situation on their orders from our Sales office. Rest assured that we are shipping SQ mixers, but pent-up demand means there is a backlog of orders both globally and at regional level.
