    We just put in a CQ-20B at our church. We can connect directly to the mixer with a network cable and control the mixer with both a Windows laptop and an iPad with no issues. When we use a TP-Link Archer C54 AC1200 router we are able to connect to the mixer but get the “connection lost” message after about a minute. We lose the connection to the mixer over both the router’s wifi and a wired connection through the router. Is there some sort of setting that we’re missing here?

    In case anymore is wondering… We got an Opal router and everything works fine now.
