This is not possible.
Further more, to act as a “backup” console, I would think you would want the second console to have audio passing to it so that it could “take over” if the first console had a problem which actually stopped audio from passing through it. One solution is to use an audio split (either analog or digital) to send the audio sources to both consoles at the same time. However the two consoles will be independant of each other (with the exception of sharing the preamp gain if you use a digital split) and there is no way to keep the consoles “in sync” with each other. This means any changes made on one console would not be reflected at the second console.
You can always use a device running SQ Mixpad (or something like the third party app, Mixing Station) as an alternative control device for the SQ. If something happened to the control surface or screen on the SQ, you could continue to control it via the app. But if the console crashed and stopped passing audio, the MixPad app isn’t going to help. You’ll still have to reboot the console before audio would likely pass again.
