    Hi all,

    Just got my SQ-6 out of the box. I’m trying to use my SQ-6 as my default audio output for my PC (Windows 10 Pro). I’ve combed through the anual and I think I’m just missing something in plain sight because I’ve been sitting here for an hour and still can’t get audio from my PC. USB channel is still the 47/48 default setup, and I’ve tried patching the I/O every way I can think of but still no luck. Help me please!

    Hi Jordan,

    The two first things to check are that you have installed the driver correctly (https://www.allen-heath.com/key-series/sq/sq-software/), and that you have the SQ set to run with USB-B audio (https://www.allen-heath.com/media/SQ_ReferenceGuide_V1_2_0.pdf – see ‘SQ-Drive and USB-B’).
    After this, with the default setup you should see signal on the USB channel (47/48) when sending from the PC.
