Brand new to digital mixing. Which outputs are best for routing amplifiers and speakers? I have three amplifiers and six speakers. Four mains and two monitors. I also have a set of Shure IEM’S
Connecting outputs is similar to analog mixing.
In addition to the two Main outputs for the PA, your CQ should have additional outputs 1 – 6.
As these function equally, you are free to decide which ones you use for maybe additional mains (probably post fader) and your monitors (usually pre fader), including IEM.
You can also make up to 3x stereo outputs out of them if required.
You can find out more about the outputs in the manual on page 67f.

The analog XLR outputs on the digital mixer are the same as on an analog mixer.
Are your main speakers passive requiring some of the power amps you mentioned?
If your were using an system DSP for crossover functions ect. then you would still need that to be in place between the mixer outputs and the amplifiers.
For overall system EQ you can do that in the mixer.
