    This is probably a stupid question, but does the insert not save when you store a channel strip into the library? I had set a multi-band comp on a channel, saved the channel strip and moved on. Couple days later after changing shows on the console, that insert was gone. Did I save it wrong or…

    You didn’t save it wrong. There are a handful of things that would make a lot of sense to save in the input library. (Onboard inserts, routing… channel name)
