    The symptom does resemble your using the wrong layer to mute/set some option.

    Trace the lav mike from the Pastor through the RF receiver to the board input
    through all the entire path the signal takes until it gets to the LR output.

    I have no idea what you mean to FOH as our QU does not have anything anywhere labelled FOH.
    I suspect people are assuming you meant LR output but do tell us exactly what output you meant by FOH.

    is it possible that it gets assigned to a DCA and the DCA is down?
    so the DCA overrides the fader level

    go to the routing screen, select the DCA tab
    to use DCA you need to assign them to the surface on the user layer

    Thank you Steffen! Our wireless lavs are assigned to a DCA group for holiday productions. In setting up additional audio FX for our video stream prior to last week’s recording, while raising my FX SENDs on the sub level, I absentmindedly decided to pull the DCA1 MASTER down.
