CAT5 cable question

    Hi
    I’ve just bought an Apple AirPort Express router for my QU-16 and was wondering about which cable to use.
    I have a Maplin RJ45 Ethernet cable I bought years ago that I use to control a pair of NJD Spectre floodlights.
    Is this a CAT5 cable? When I bought it I knew that I just needed a RJ45 Ethernet cable for the light controller,

    Currently Maplin have CAT6 cables that start around £7.00 for a short length but I’d probably need 3-5m.

    Have seen these. Would they be ok?

    It’s Ethernet, and it’s only 10/100, so the existing cable will be fine…
