Boot up fail?

    So away to prep desk, turn on…
    All the light’s flash quickly,
    I turn off waiting a sec or 2 then power back on… boots up fine…
    Any one had that before?

    Ok so for clarity as I realise I was rather less than specific….
    SQ6 into 2 cascaded DX168
