bcf 2000 nrpn midi setup

here is the question:
did anybody ever made a nrpn midi setup for behringers rcf2000?
a friend of mine still runs a i live in his club – the idea is having one (bcf)
connected straight midi (not over a computer) for drummers (poor guys always buried in the back).
he tried with a ipad but it is not tactile enough,once the show is on they dont use it anymore,with “real” faders they probably would.

or a hint to a decent nrpn calculator would be allready help, i could do it myself.
