Avantis File not being seen by console

I’ve had a client send me a file for an upcoming show and it’s not being seen by the console.

The other show I have on the USB stick is seen and looks to have slightly different extension… TAR V TAR.gz
would this be from previous firmware or is there some other reason it won’t load?

So for posterity, I solved this by simply changing the file name extension and adding .gz
