    Dear community.
    Something strange happened to my Avantis, and I can’t login as an Admin, system says wrong password. But I am quite sure that I am using the right password.

    Are there any ways to reset Admin password?
    I can log in as another user with no limitations I set, but something wrong with an Admin account.

    Also, I think it is a kind of glitch. Because I can log in to other accounts I set before, I can not change the password for the account I logged in to. But as far as I remember I had this option before.

    Hi Ivan,

    Where are you based? You will need to contact your local A&H distributor for advice on a password reset, or submit a ticket to our Support team with a proof of purchase.
