If running Windows, check the AHM System Manager is allowed in Windows Defender Firewall for all network types (Domain, Private, Public). If a corporate firewall is installed on your computers, you might have to open specific TCP ports.
I would also check the unit doesn’t have a bad gateway address. You should be able to see current settings in the front panel display. If in doubt, reset the Network settings (jumper switch 6 in the On position at power up), set your computer to 192.168.1.100 and try again.
Provided you have a backup of the Config file, you could also try a hard reset of the current settings (jumper 1 in the On position at power up) in case of any data corruption which is preventing the unit from connecting.
