Action Functions Frozen & not Selectable

dLive S7000, DM0 on v2.02. I have just started implementing Actions. I have noticed when selecting an Action from the Action Manager (Surface > Control > Actions), the Functions listed to the right are not always selectable. I will try to tap on them and nothing happens. It is almost as if the screen is frozen, but it is not because I can tap any thing else and it works just fine. After navigating around to other areas and coming back, and repeatedly tapping on the function, it will eventually work.
