Ability to lock scenes & Select follows fader

We’re running both a GLD80 and GLD112 and I would say the two most desired feature additions would be the ability to lock scenes and have SELECT function follow fader movement. Anyone know if either of these are on the radar?

I know there are various work-arounds to the scene lock e.g. copy a scene memory in a higher location and/or backup to a Show and copy to USB but it would be much nicer to have that functionality built into the Scene save capabilities.
