    A link from the app would be good, and easy to implement.

    Hmmmmm

    Actually, when using the App, I’m probably not connected to the Internet. Not sure a link would really help. Needs to be already downloaded.

    Frankly it’s a small enough manual it could be – but I’m assuming that people download the app, and try it to start.
    If it was a “you can download the manual, and we suggest saving it to iBooks” popup on first start (or until the checkbox was unticked) then that might be useful…
