Has anyone thought of or is there interest in a request to link a QU16 with a GLD for scene recall? This would be a way to extend the input capability of the GLD beyond 44 mics. Could have say the drum kit into a stereo mix either on the 45-48 or other inputs. Or have the drums to 2 channels, bass to one, one other mono to one on 41-44. Now you have a 56 mic in console.

Of course you could just reach over and recall the QU, just linking them via network connection would be nice. Of course with drums, bass etc there might not be need to change scenes if they are pretty static. So the QU just becomes a submixer.
