Update Firmware – Master Password Lost

Hello all,

I have a client who we installed an idr48/T112 system a couple years back. It’s time to update the firmware, do some maintenance (several states away, just now getting back into town).

However, in the process of time the master password has been reset and forgotten. What is necessary to reset/restore/recover that password and go about updating the firmware?
