Is it possible to create my own show template?

I would like to have a facility default show that cannot be over written by users, while they can use it as a starting point to create their own user shows.

I don’t want to completely lock them out of changing shows and making other changes that are stored at the show level.

    Have fun,

    Jeff

    it is possible:
go to the editor an then “right klick” on it to show me the package.
go to the folder “shows” select “Factory” and copy your whatever.xml into it.
start the editor and you will find it under Templates.

    Thanks Düsenklang,

That works quite well on the PC, but where I really need it is on the console itself. Any thoughts on how to add the template to the folder on the console?

    Have fun,

    Jeff

Extract the .zip you get from the firmware download and put the show files in the Show directory manually? Then do a firmware update as normal? Don’t have a surface on me to test that with.
