    Alguno de ustedes sabe si existe algun documento que describa los mensajes que se muestran en el event logs?, creo que sería de mucha ayuda saber a qué se refieren los códigos que aparecen ahí para dar soluciones o por lo menos saber qué está pasando con el sistema

    Does anyone of you know about the event logs codes? What does mean ?

    Hi Noeme,

    Which event log codes are you referring too? We have several messages in the event logs (such as devices connecting and scenes being recalled). We would need to know what event log messages you are getting before we can help to explain them.

    If the event log messages are errors, we would recommend you send them to our Technical Support department. Please see a link below:
