    Hi Moses

We have tested the RME equipment and have had no problems with this equipment.

I would suggest any of the below:

    For laptop Recording
    https://www.rme-audio.de/en_products_hdspe_madiface.php

    Desktop – PCI
    https://www.rme-audio.de/en_products_hdsp_madi.php

    Desktop – PCI-Express
    https://www.rme-audio.de/en_products_hdspe_madi.php

    Hope that helps

    Hi Moses

    https://www.rme-audio.de/en_products_hdsp_madi.php

When you buy the HDSP MADI – you get both PCI cards included in the box, fit them both to the PC the main PCI board does the MADI I/O – the second is a mini extender PCI connector board that connects to the Main PCI board. This enables you to have MIDI and Wordclock IN/OUT aswell.

    Hi Moses

Please read the Understanding MADI guide on our website i have attached a link below. Hopefully this will help you.

It is relatively simple to setup a record and playback system with iLive as long as you know how to configure the system correctly.

I would suggest configuring 2 scenes 1 for record and 1 for playback.

    Record Scene 1
input source = Mixrack inputs, Outputs = PortB – set to either ‘mixrack inputs’ or ‘input direct out’ send to the recording device.

    Playback Scene 2
input source = Port B inputs from recorder
