    Hi :)
    I have Ilive T112 surface and IDR 48. I have on friday very big concert where i plug into this IDR 40 condenser microphones. I must turn on 40 “phantoms”. Is anyone try do this which this rack? There will be no problem whis PSU?

    Hi Mario,
    I think you should not have any problem, even if you turn on all 48 PPs.
    Once I used on our iDR32 all 32 PPs, and had no issue.

    Further more I think the engineers @A&H have dimensioned the PSU to provide the power.

    I think the DIN61938 is the paper you should scan trough, were you can find the maximum power consumption of phantom power which should be at 10mA imax.

    So if you take the max of 48 mics with imax you have a total power consumption of 0,48A @ 48V this is around ~23W–> this should not be an issue for the PSU.

    Correct me if I am wrong ;)

    Hi Mario I regularly use all 64 inputs on an iDR10 with Phantom on all 64 for orchestral mix no problems generally condensor microphones draw very little current.
