With V1.8 Editor Midi support perhaps we now need a place to share custom mappings for common Midi controllers and to discuss user set ups etc.

Midi settings are stored in the iLive directory as MIDIsettings.XML

Great idea Richard, I’ve started mapping the Behringer BCR2000 (rotary) – will work out my bugs then I should be able to provide something there (maybe with the sysex files for the controller too – not sure what I need to do there).

PM me your email again Dave, I’ll send you what I have so far. PS I think you’re right, it’s because you’re a Zappa fan.

I’ll be testing the BCF2000 as well.

I like what I read about 1.80 so far. Seems like the only thing that’s left for me to ask now is the scene fading :-)

Yet to test it, but I’ve just bashed out a control map, along with 16 sysex dumps for the BCF:

You will need to download bcedit and have the Java 1.4 runtimes installed to upload the sysex data (latest Java and bcedit don’t play ball!)

Let me know how you get on.
