    I’ve tested my alesis hd 24 for the second time this week on the job,
    It seems to be clocked optical but still clicks apear on some channels.
    Have any of you guys encoutered problems with this combination?

    Ive run into this problem also. If the device has an internal clock, try selecting that. It might be using the optical as its clock already. By selecting it twice may cause the redundancy pops.

    I tried it, but still clicks and plops on almost every channel.
