Hi All, I’ll need to use our iDR48 and iDR32 connected to one T112 soon. Apparently the IP addresses of the mix racks have to be different for this to work OK; what places in the settings do I need to change this?

And if afterwards I connect the modified rack to our R72 for example, will it just pick the rack up with the new IP address, or do I need to make changes to the surface too?

We have an ACE B card installed incidentally.

    Hope that makes sense.

i think you just have to give every unit a unique ip-adress.
there should be no problem with a different ip-adress to connect to your R72.

take the Master Rack on the dual rack mode system and change the iP address to

192.168.1.4. then you can go into dual rack mode and set everything up.

there is a good technical document on running dual rack mode that will step you through everything.

As a good practice, just make sure all your ilive systems have different IP addresses to begin with.
    Example:
System one will have 192.168.1.1 thru 1.3
System two will have 192.168.1.4 thru 1.6
    and so on..
That way, whatever surface you connect with whatever rack will always work and you don’t have to worry about it any more.
    Hope it makes sense.
